Katrina started her career in health care as a Registered Nurse and graduated in 2010 with her first nursing role in Palliative Home Care. The experience led her to learn the importance of western medicine, with the integration of energetic practices in the form of Therapeutic Touch.​ Katrina obtained her Reiki levels 1 and 2 in 2014, and also graduated from Registered Massage Therapy school 2017.
Katrina has spent the last 6 years Nursing in an OBGYN office as well as providing Massage Therapy and energy work in the community. Katrina has been on a continuous journey of self-reflection and healing which has helped her appreciate that life has its struggles and that a holistic approach can be beneficial in moving forward. Katrina's journey also led her to yoga and she obtained her Yoga Teacher Training certificate (YTT 200) in 2021. Most recently Katrina obtained her Reiki Master training and is looking forward to providing massage, Reiki and yoga to The Clinic Health and Wellness Community! Katrina has a deep respect for both Western and Eastern healing and strives to provide a safe space for holistic, client centred care.

Our approach is unique in the orthotic industry. Pressure measurements are performed with state-of-the-art computerized gait pressure systems, capturing the foot in standing and in motion. These measurements are then used to analyze the function of the foot during different phases of the gait cycle.

Haina has been committed to exercising traditional Chinese medicine treatment to help clients relieve pain and restore balance in the body. Haina attaches great importance to the concept that the human body is an organic complex and regulates the whole body, and uses Acupuncture, Herbal medicine, TuiNa, Cupping, Moxibustion, QiGong, and diet to adjust the adjustment of living habits as needed.
