As the clinic director and owner, I am passionate about health and wellness. I have coached, treated, and advised at a professional level both myself and others. I now speak at high school, workplaces and individual lifestyle coaching, on the importance of having a heart connection and mindset.

Graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Kinetics. Went on to complete additional training at Canadian Therapeutic College, in Massage Therapy and Sports Injury Therapy.

Katrina started her career in health care as a Registered Nurse and graduated in 2010 with her first nursing role in Palliative Home Care. The experience led her to learn the importance of western medicine, with the integration of energetic practices in the form of Therapeutic Touch.

​

Katrina obtained her Reiki levels 1 and 2 in 2014, and also graduated from Registered Massage Therapy school 2017. 

 

Katrina has spent the last 6 years Nursing in an OBGYN office as well as providing Massage Therapy and energy work in the community. Katrina has been on a continuous journey of self-reflection and healing which has helped her appreciate that life has its struggles and that a holistic approach can be beneficial in moving forward. Katrina's journey also led her to yoga and she obtained her Yoga Teacher Training certificate (YTT 200) in 2021. Most recently Katrina obtained her Reiki Master training and is looking forward to providing massage, Reiki and yoga to The Clinic Health and Wellness Community!

Orthotics Specialist with over 20 years of experience with all different clientele.

 

Michael uses a computerized system to help get you the best fit for orthotics you need, while in motion and sitting. Orthotics are covered by most health care plans. Common symptoms of poor foot mechanics are but are not limited to: Localized foot pain, Bunions/Hammer toes, Archheel pain, hip/back/neck pain

 

Our approach is unique in the orthotic industry. Pressure measurements are performed with state-of-the-art computerized gait pressure systems, capturing the foot in standing and in motion. These measurements are then used to analyze the function of the foot during different phases of the gait cycle.

Haina Yu was born into a Chinese medicine family and received traditional Chinese medicine education and training since childhood. Later, she graduated with a Master's degree from Shandong University in China and helped the family's clinic. Further in her career, Haina owned her own commercial company and successfully operated it for over ten years in China. 

 

Haina recently completed a 4-year Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Advance course at The Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine to become a Registered Chinese Medicine practitioner and prepare for passing Dr.TCMP in BC.

 

Haina has been committed to exercising traditional Chinese medicine treatment to help clients relieve pain and restore balance in the body. Haina attaches great importance to the concept that the human body is an organic complex and regulates the whole body, and uses Acupuncture, Herbal medicine, TuiNa, Cupping, Moxibustion, QiGong, and diet to adjust the adjustment of living habits as needed.

Adrian is a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO and enjoys helping others reach their peak performance in health and wellness. Adrian has completed his certification in myofascial release and cupping (myofascial, manual lymphatic drainage) and extensive work with deep tissue, postural restructuring, rehabilitation.

Adrian has much experience treating all conditions, as he has practiced and volunteered expertise at Hospice in Kitchener, Marathons, and at University of Guelph, working with athletes. 

 

Massage Therapy is more of a journey than a form of work, as I apply many of its principles to my daily life. I am very fortunate to have this work and enjoy sharing in people's journeys through manual therapy and reconnection of our body and mind.
