For the safety of our team and for all the patients that enter our space, we ask that you please postpone your visit if any of the following apply to you:
1. You or anyone you have been in close contact with has travelled OUTSIDE OF ONTARIO in the past 14days (this includes picking friends/family up at the airport)
2. You have been in close contact with someone who has symptoms or who has tested positive for Covid 19 in the past 14 days
3. You have or HAD in the past 14 days any of the following symptoms:
NEW OR WORSENING COUGH
SHORTNESS OF BREATH/CHEST PAIN
SORE THROAT/DIFFICULTY SWALLOWING
LOSS OR CHANGE OF TASTE/SMELL

CHANGES THE CLINIC HAS MADE:
MASKS: ALL PATIENTS MUST WEAR A MASK. We ask that you please arrive with a mask in place before entering. We will have limited masks available for purchase if you forget yours at home. Your RMT will also be wearing a Face Mask.
SANITATION: Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place. Practitioners will also have to follow revised hand washing and equipment sterilizing protocols. Hand sanitizer will be provided to each person before entering our space and also available on the outside of the clinic prior to walking in.
Every treatment room will receive a deep clean sanitation treatment in between every single patient.
SOCIAL DISTANCING: Reduced number of appointments to decrease crowding and accommodate new protocols. Please arrive only 5 minutes prior to your appointment to reduce the number of clients in the waiting area.
PRESCREENING: Same Day COVID-19 screening for all staff, practitioners and patients. Each client will receive a screening via email or text through our Jane Application.
