Daily movement, breathwork, reflection, visionary work, sound healing, dance, play, and nature immersion are combined in ways that allow you to integrate insights effortlessly and continue growth long after the retreat ends.

With a background in Psychology, years of healing, intuitive, coaching and personal development trainings, Brooke will be joining us for dance alchemy.

Music Medicine & Voice Alchemy
Chris Assaad is a multi-talented artist, singer-songwriter, wordsmith and storyteller. His songs open the heart and speak to the soul, offering a space of depth and warmth to feel, to release and to access a greater sense of wholeness amidst the challenges of the human experience. Chris will offer an evening of conenction, voice activation and music medicine by the fire.
